Our comprehensive service includes a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom, along with a full top-to-bottom clean of every room—leaving the property spotless and ready for inspection.

Acceptance Notice

  • During the cleaning process, if you find the staff's work unsatisfactory or certain areas need extra attention, you may request them to improve it. At the end of the session, the service staff will ask you to inspect and sign off, confirming the service is complete.

  • It is recommended that you inspect the results on-site. If you need to leave midway, please return at least 30 minutes before the scheduled end time. This allows time to address anything that hasn’t been completed properly.

  • If you are unable to be present for inspection, we will consider it a waiver of inspection, and no additional cleaning will be provided. (If you appoint someone else to inspect on your behalf, we will consider their confirmation as final.)

  • If you need to extend the cleaning time on the day, please check with the cleaning staff to confirm availability. If they can stay longer, there will be an additional charge of £15 per person per hour. (Note: On-site cleaners do not accept cash. Please contact via email, text message or phone call to request extended service and complete payment via bank transfer.)
